Course information

During this course you will:

  • Learn about career paths and job roles available in retail
  • Gain an understanding of customer service, stock management and sales in a retail environment
  • Develop employability skills such as teamwork and communication
  • Create an effective CV, write cover letters, apply for relevant job roles and prepare for interviews
  • Engage with relevant employers and access interview opportunities

Learning will be classroom-based at our dedicated training centre.
