Johanna Gill
Deputy Principal of EKC Training – Adult Provision
Johanna is the Deputy Principal at EKC Training, leading on the delivery of Adult education across East Kent. Bringing a wealth of experience to the role, with over 17 years working in education and a previous career in the Hospitality industry.
A former hotel manager, Johanna first entered education in a support role. During her 17 years’ service, she has worked in registry and operations, work-based learning delivery, Apprenticeships and Adult learning.
Johanna has a passion for supporting both learners and staff to grow and achieve their best. Highly experienced in managing change, she is an effective leader and delivers outstanding outcomes.
