Professor Georgina Randsley de Moura

Georgina Randsley de Moura is a Professor of Social and Organisational Psychology and currently Acting Vice-Chancellor.
Her substantive role is Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Strategy and Performance. Georgina is responsible for the University’s overall strategy, including the Kent 2030 strategic plan to enhance the University’s overall performance, reach and reputation. Georgina’s portfolio includes responsibility for the academic divisions and schools and she provides leadership to support the development of subjects and courses which meet student and employer demands, to ensure sustainable and successful outcomes. Georgina is the executive lead for EDI and the University’s Access and Participation Plan.
