Our mission is to play a leading role for East Kent in developing the economic and social prosperity of the diverse communities we serve.
Rhoda Allinson

Rhoda spent the first 24 years of her career working in Local Government, in the administration of welfare benefits. She worked her way up from an Administration Assistant to a Team Leader, then progressing to a Training and Policy Officer. It was during her later years in Local Government that she was involved in the delivery of specialist qualifications and apprenticeships.
Rhoda has been working with apprentices for the past 12 years and started with EKC Group (initially East Kent College) eight years ago. Having left school at 16, all the qualifications she gained since GCSEs have been completed alongside full time work, so Rhoda is a passionate advocate of professional development, vocational qualifications and in particular apprenticeships.
