‘Empower’ is a 12-week programme designed to help you take control, build confidence, and step into the career you deserve.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll get hands-on experiences, meet employers, build digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) skills, and take part in activities that help you grow both personally and professionally. These activities take place in both outdoor and classroom learning environments.
Skills you’ll learn with us include:

• Updated digital skills to help you get AI ready
• Workplace behaviours employers truly value
• A better understanding of your strengths and career options
• Job preparation skills include interview practice (using Virtual Reality)
This course is aspirational, not instructional, meaning we focus on you, your goals, and your future.
There’s also the chance to gain real employer connections, including site visits, employer talks, and the chance to understand the local labour market.
