When it comes to kickstarting your career, there are many paths to explore.
Leo chose the Apprenticeship route, beginning his carer journey as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice within EKC Training’s Apprenticeship Operations Team.
After successfully completing the Level 3 qualification, Leo is continuing to develop his skills in his role within the Apprenticeship Operations Team via a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship.
Learning with Support
Leo’s Apprenticeship has been a positive experience. He has enjoyed working as part of EKC Training’s Apprenticeship Operations Team, and has received support from his colleagues and manager throughout his studies.
Leo commented: “I’ve really enjoyed working with this team. They’ve been very supportive and helped me find the Level 4 apprenticeship so that I could continue to work in this office on an apprenticeship programme.”
Over the course of his year-long Level 3 Apprenticeship, Leo developed confidence and independence in his day-to-day tasks.
Discovering Your Direction
“It has taught me what it’s like working in an office environment and shown me that I do want to pursue it further, which is why I looked for the next step.
“My manager encouraged me and helped me to set up the Level 4 Data Analysist with them”, said Leo
