From student to apprentice: Callum’s journey in Plumbing and Domestic Heating

Callum, who began his plumbing journey at EKC Dover College as a full-time student before securing an apprenticeship with ESS (Energy Saving Specialist), a local plumbing firm run by Billy Roberts and Nick Arnold.
Take part in unique opportunities
Our apprentices have the opportunity to showcase their talents at the KFE4Skills competition, an annual event bringing together Colleges from across the region to compete in a wide range of vocational and technical skills challenges.
This year’s event, endorsed by WorldSkills UK, saw Construction apprentices compete in a range of skills competitions including Site Carpentry, Painting and Decorating and Brickwork.
