Get matched with local talent for FREE

Let us take the stress out of recruiting an apprentice. Our dedicated Apprenticeship Recruitment Team matches employers with Kent’s top talent all year round.

We’ll work with you to understand your organisation’s needs and what you’re looking for in your apprenticeship hire, delivering end-to-end bespoke support throughout your apprenticeship journey.

Benefit from financial incentives

Hiring an apprentice is a cost-effective way to secure your talent pipeline and bring new skills into your organisation.

As an apprentice employer, you pay £0 in Employer National Insurance contributions for apprentices under 25.

You can also gain £1,000 to support your apprentice in the workplace if, at the start of their apprenticeship training, they are one of the following:6 to 18 years old (or 15 years old if the apprentice’s 16th birthday is between the last Friday of June and 31 August); 19 to 24 years old with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP); or 19 to 24 years old and have been in care. This £1,000 can be spent on any costs related to their employment, for example, their salary, travel costs or uniform.

L.et us help you navigate the financial benefits of taking on an apprentice.

Boost the local economy

We have hundreds of aspiring apprentices waiting to be matched with local employers here in Kent.

By taking on an apprentice, you’ll help to nurture local skills, boosting both your own organisation and the economy.
